Technical Support Representative - EMEA

Location: Heumen, The Netherlands

This position will report to Thijs Rensink, Technical Support Supervisor in the Ag Leader Europe - Customer Support Department. Working from EMEA office in Heumen you will be supporting and training our English-speaking customers.


• Provide outstanding technical support and customer service for customers via telephone or email.
• Gain expert knowledge through study, support, and training on Ag Leader products.
• Create & translate technical and training documentation used by customers, dealers and Ag Leader staff.
• Present training on Ag Leader systems to customers, dealers and Ag Leader staff.
• Assist the Repairs department with repair & testing equipment that needs to be run in field conditions.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
• Provide input for continual improvement and development in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Technical Support Supervisor.


• Two-year degree in related Agricultural or technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using a computer system to perform daily tasks.
• Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Understanding of basic electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and direct Supervisor.
• Employee must be able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and effectively communicate any problems encountered in daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and proficiently handle problem-solving situations in a fast-paced environment.
