Ag Leader Academy Prepares Dealers for Intellislope Sales

With the recent addition of tile plow control to Ag Leader’s line-up, Intellislope dealer training has just taken place at Ag Leader Technology in Ames, Iowa. Over the past two weeks, Ag Leader has trained 60 dealers, representing 27 dealerships eager to support the new Intellislope product.

Trainings were provided for both existing Soil-Max dealers as well as dealers that are new to this vastly growing market. Training included classroom instruction on hardware, software, their respective setup, operation and diagnostics. Dealers spent the afternoon operating the tile plows at the Ag Leader training farm. They are able to operate both pull-type and 3 point mounted Gold Digger tile plows, coupled with Ag Leader® Integra display and Ag Leader’s new Intellislope software.

I had a chance to speak with one of the attendees, Jeff Moore, of Farm Depot in Caro, Michigan. He was attending the Ag Leader two-day training course. Jeff had just finished operating one of the plows. Jeff said, “I have had some previous experience operating both pitch plows and parallel linkage plows. The new Intellislope tile plow controls are sure to please even the most experienced of tile installers.” Jeff commented on the ease of use of the Auto Tile function, which of course was emphasized during the dealer training. Jeff is excited about this new product and expects it to be a hot seller in his area.
