Ag Leader Introduces AutoSwath™ Serial Interface to Global Market

April 23, 2014 – Ag Leader Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision farming equipment and software, continues to equip growers with advancements in farming efficiency with the addition of serial interface for automatic section control, variable rate and data logging capabilities. 

This new product provides a simple, effective interfacing method for Ag Leader® Integra and Versa™ displays to communicate with highly specialized, European-designed spreader and sprayer consoles. The product will enable the use of AutoSwath™ as well as variable rate application based on prescription maps and on-the-fly data capture.

Ag Leader’s serial interface also offers a common platform from which to incorporate ParaDyme® and GeoSteer® systems with existing European technology. Serial interface currently supports Bogballe Calibrator Zurf and Uniq controllers, as well as Hardi HC 5500 sprayer control units.
