Eric started working at Ag Leader in May of 2010 and has been with the hardware technical support group since then. His main duties include meeting dealer and customer needs through phone and email support and working with dealers through introductory training courses. Eric is also involved in putting on customer trainings throughout the Midwest. Eric is originally from Postville, IA, where he grew up on a family row-crop operation helping out on the farm. He still helps out whenever possible and continues to become more involved in the operation. Eric graduated from Iowa State University in May of 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Studies. In his free time, Eric enjoys hunting, four-wheeling and riding motorcycles.
