Extended Harvest Hours

Ag Leader Technical Support continues to uphold its high standard of customer care by releasing the fall 2014 extended hours schedule. New for this year, SMS Software support will be joining the Machine Guidance and Hardware teams in providing weekend support.

Hardware and Machine Guidance Technical Support hours will continue to be 7am to 7pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Software Support hours are 7am to 5pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday.

• Saturday support hours are 8am to 4pm, Central Time for all departments
• Sunday support hours are 12pm to  4pm, Central Time for all departments

The tentative dates for weekend support are the following:

The following Holiday will be covered from 8 AM – 4 PM, CST: Monday, September 1st

The office will be CLOSED and we will NOT be providing phone support on the following days in 2014:

Thursday, November 27th

Friday, November 28th (subject to change based on seasonal progress)

Wednesday, December 24th – Wednesday, December 31st
