Getting to Know Ag Leader’s Customer Support Team- Part 7
By now, you may have noticed some new voices in Technical Support. “Putting a face with a name” is one way Ag Leader strives to make our Customer Support as personalized as possible. We here at Ag Leader place high importance in our staffing quality and would like to continue to introduce our Full-Time staff as we grow the Technical Support department. This week’s blog will focus on introducing two more of our recent Full-Time employee additions: Kati Nolting and Taylor Jensen.
Kati has been working for Ag Leader as a member of the Technical Support team since January of 2012. As part of her new responsibilities here at Ag Leader, Kati will be a regular blogger for the site. Growing up in Waukon, Iowa, Kati helped on her family’s dairy operation and was active in both 4-H and FFA. Kati graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Studies in 2011. In her spare time, Kati enjoys exhibiting dairy cattle, spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
Taylor began working at Ag Leader in January as a member of the Technical Support team. Coming from a farming background he enjoys the new technology and being able to work with it on a daily basis. Taylor graduated from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, IA with a degree in electrical maintenance. Taylor worked as a custom applicator prior to Ag Leader. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
I would also like to take this opportunity to mention our Support Hours will be changing. The following weekly schedule will begin June 10 and remain until until the harvest season begins.
