Getting to Know Ag Leader’s Customer Support Team – Part 8
As we progress through the Harvest season, you may find an opportunity to call and speak with one of our Customer Support Representatives. Putting a face with a name is one way Ag Leader strives to make our Customer Support as personalized as possible. I would like to continue to introduce our full-time staff members as we grow the Technical Support Department. This week’s blog will focus on introducing two more of our recent full-time employee additions: Matthew Williams and Nick Ritland.
Matthew started with Ag Leader in May of 2012 as part of the Hardware Technical Support Team. Matthew grew up in a small town in West Tennessee where his father and uncle operate a cotton farming business. He became involved with agriculture at a young age and has always enjoyed working with precision agricultural products. Matthew graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering Technology in 2011. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on his car.
Nick Ritland started with Ag Leader in July of 2012 as part of the Hardware Technical Support team. Nick grew up and is still actively involved in his family farm raising corn and soybeans. Nick graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in agronomy. After college he worked as a seed salesman for Channel Seed as well as a research associate for Monsanto for 2 years where he found out that precision agriculture was what he really wanted to get into. Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and family when he isn’t working.
I would also like to take this opportunity to mention our current support hours are:
Monday – Friday: 7am to 8pm CST
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Sunday: 12pm to 4pm
