Tell us the basics
Hi, my name is Cory Rigler and I work in the Technical Support department here at Ag Leader. I’ve been here a little under 3 years and I call Burlington, Iowa home.
Tell us about your work
My primary responsibility is providing technical support to our Blue Delta dealers. Additional responsibilities include: promoting new products and features, coaching Dealers on troubleshooting methods, and acting as a liaison for the Technical support team to other departments.
One of the favorite parts about my job is developing dealer relationships and teaching guys how things work.
One of my favorite part about working at Ag Leader so that I enjoy the positive team atmosphere.
Tell us about yourself
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, archery, and coaching kids’ sports teams. My favorite food is Lasagna.
The best place I’ve traveled was Grand Tetons National Park, specifically hiking the Teton Crest Trail.
The last book I read was White Fragility by Robin Diangelo. I’d definitely recommend it. I started the book with a preconceived notion about what it was going to be, but the author helped change and influence my perspective by the end.
