New Support feature for AgFiniti® improves Efficiency

by Kaleb Lindquist on May, 13 2014 in Ag Leader, AgFiniti®

Now that field work is officially under way throughout the majority of the Midwest, most growers have gotten a start on the first few acres for the year. I’d venture to guess that more than one of you ran into a scenario where you forgot where a certain button was, or where to change that one setting within your display. While you sat idle in the field for your dealer to come help, you were probably watching that rain cloud get closer and closer…

What if I told you that down time could have been avoided? That there’s a more efficient method of support? By adding a Remote Support license to your AgFiniti account, you can grant your trusted advisors the ability to remotely view your Ag Leader Integra or Versa display’s, to help you find that setting quickly and easily. These trusted advisors could include your Ag Leader dealer, Ag Leader technical support, your farm manager, or even your tech savvy family member. Being able to remotely view your display makes your downtime a thing of the past, allowing you to use your valuable time in the most efficient way, which is to keep your equipment moving.

Worried about who is viewing your display? Not just anyone can view your displays; only those that you grant permission to are allowed to view your screen. You’ll always be aware when someone is viewing your screen by the onscreen indicator, giving you peace of mind.

Interested in learning more about this exciting new feature within AgFiniti? View our AgFiniti webinar,  the AgFiniti's Webpage, or give us a call at 515-232-5363 and we’d be happy to talk! You can also check out last week's blog. Be sure to keep an eye out for the next blog in the series!
