Header Tab
The Header Sensor Calibration determines the height at which the head must be raised at the end of a pass to shut off area counting. Once the minimum and maximum positions of the Header are set, the display will indicate header position from 0% (all the way down) to 100% (all the way up). The Trip Point (Stop Height) is the position between the max and min at which the display will turn area counting off when the Header is raised. The Trip Point must be set for each Crop. You must have the display installed in the combine to calibrate the header sensor.Note: If you add another Crop later in the season, you will need to set the Trip Point for it.
The lower-right corner of the RUN screen, displays the percent height of the Header. The indicator changes from green (area on) to red (area off) when harvesting.

Grain Settings
Dry %: This setting is the moisture value that the display uses to calculate dry bushels.
Weight to Volume Conversion: This setting is the pounds per bushel value that the monitor uses to calculate bushels. You can change this setting for all grains except Corn (56 lb/bu), Soybeans (60 lb/bu), and Wheat (60 lb/bu).
Expand Bushels for All Grains Below Dry %
- UnChecked (default): This prevents the display from adding bushels to grain that is dryer than the dry percent moisture by which dry bushels are calculated. This calculates all yields in terms of actual bushels available for sale. This is the recommended setting.
- Checked: The display shows a yield comparison of all loads at the dry percent moisture. This increases the bushels of the grain harvested below the dry percent moisture to account for moisture loss because of excessive dryness of the grain.
