- Update team members. Make sure all active team members have appropriate access to your AgFiniti account. Remove any users no longer involved with your operation, and add any new team members so they can collaborate effectively.
- Review sharing relationships. Confirm your data is shared with the right people. Watch this quick YouTube video to review and adjust your sharing relationships as needed.
- Verify contact information. Double-check the My Profile and Company Profile sections in your account to ensure your email, phone number, and other contact information are current and accurate.

- Clean up field data. Edit, merge, or delete outdated fields that are no longer relevant to ensure your data is accurate and organized.
- Create prescriptions (RX). Generate any necessary prescriptions for your fields to be ready for spring applications.
- Send AgSetup files to displays. Transfer AgSetup configuration files to your displays to confirm your field setup is correct before planting begins.
- Remove unused fields from displays. Delete any unused fields from the display to avoid confusion and prevent operators from selecting the wrong fields during data collection.
