Technical Support Hours Update and Easter Weekend Hours

With the increased demand for support we are currently running at full capacity in our call center to meet the demand and expectation of high quality customer support.
Our current hours for hardware and GPS support are:

Monday – Friday: 7 am – 8 pm CDT
Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm CDT
Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm CDT

We will continue to run weekend hours throughout the spring planting season tapering off late in May and ending in early June. We hope our extra efforts in the spring season meet your needs for support this year.
With the Easter holiday just days away we will be running a modified schedule to give our employees a much needed breather and to spend some time with their families. We hope you also get the opportunity to spend some time with your loved ones.

Our Easter weekend hardware and GPS support hours are:

Good Friday April 6th 8 am – 4 pm
Saturday April 7th 8 am – 4 pm
Easter Sunday April 8th Closed

The Ag Leader Sales and Business offices will be closed from Good Friday until Monday, April 8th.
