Getting to Know Ag Leader’s Customer Support Team – Part 2

Last week, I began introducing you to some of our Customer Support staff members. This week, meet Michael Misbach and Eric Elsbernd.

Michael Misbach
Michael started with Ag Leader in the fall of 2005, and he currently works as a Technical Support Specialist. Michael specializes in supporting the SeedCommand product line. He conducts SeedCommand trainings at Ag Leader Academy throughout the year to help dealers better support their customers. Michael also travels the Midwest in the winter & summer months assisting dealers with customer trainings.

He was born and raised on a farm near Marengo Iowa, and graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2003 with a degree in Ag Systems Technology and an Ag Business minor. Away from work, Michael keeps busy helping on the family farm raising corn, soybeans and livestock. In his free time, Michael enjoys collecting and restoring old Oliver and John Deere tractors and equipment.

Eric Elsbernd
Eric started working at Ag Leader in May of 2010 and has been with the hardware technical support group since then. His main duties include meeting dealer and customer needs through phone and email support and working with dealers through introductory training courses. Eric is also involved in putting on customer trainings throughout the Midwest.

Eric is originally from Postville, IA, where he grew up on a family row-crop operation helping out on the farm. He still helps out whenever possible and continues to become more involved in the operation. Eric graduated from Iowa State University in May of 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Studies. In his free time, Eric enjoys hunting, four-wheeling and riding motorcycles.
