Getting to Know Ag Leader’s Customer Support Team – Part 3

You have already met several of our Customer Support employees in previous posts (Part 1 & Part 2). Today, meet Rick DeVore and Joe Brown.

Rick DeVore
Rick started with Ag Leader in the spring of 2009 as an intern and became a full-time employee in 2010.  He works primarily with the DirectCommand product line as a Technical Support Representative.  Rick grew up in Corning, IA, helping out on the family farm, raising about 100 head of cattle and 1,500 acres of soybean and corn crops.  Rick graduated from Iowa State University in 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Business.  In his free time, Rick spends his time farming, hunting, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Joe Brown
Joe started with Ag Leader in the spring of 2008 as an intern. He continued to work through school as a part-time employee, and he currently works full-time as a Technical Support Representative. Joe’s primary focus is phone support for customers and dealers. In addition, he helps train dealers at Ag Leader Academy and also travels around the Midwest to help with customer trainings. Originally from Graettinger, IA, Joe grew up helping out on the 2,200 acre corn-soybean family farm. He continues to help out on the farm whenever he finds time. Joe graduated from Iowa State University in 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Business. In his free time, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing and watching Iowa State athletics.
