Getting to Know Ag Leader’s Customer Support Team – Part 5

As we progress through the Harvest season, you may find an opportunity to call and speak with one of our Customer Support Representatives. Putting a face with a name is one way Ag Leader strives to make our Customer Support as personalized as possible, and we place high importance in our staffing quality. I would like to continue to introduce our full-time staff members as we grow the Technical Support department. Today, meet our newest full-time employees: Shane Brelsford and Sam Worley.

Shane Brelsford Shane has been working at Ag Leader as a member of the Technical Support team since May 2011. Being involved in agriculture throughout his life, he enjoys working with the latest technology on a daily basis. Shane graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa. In his spare time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors.

Sam Worley Sam has been with Ag Leader since August 2010, but is a new member to the Technical Support team. Sam’s primary role is to provide support for Ag Leader’s products to customers and dealers. Growing up in Decorah, Iowa, Sam helped out on neighboring farms and was active in Agri-Science classes and FFA. After starting college in Phoenix, Sam graduated from Iowa State University in 2009 with a degree in Agricultural Business. In his free time, Sam enjoys running, riding bicycles and wrenching on his vintage project vehicles.
