Getting to Know Ag Leader's Software Support Team – Part 1

As Mark Irvin said when he started introducing our readers to the Customer Support staff, it is always nice to know a little about the people you're speaking with when you call Ag Leader's Customer Support line. If you are calling in with questions regarding your SMS Advanced or Mobile Software, you will likely be speaking to one of our full-time support staff members dedicated to our software product line. Therefore, I would like to introduce you to the Software Support team as well. To begin, I will introduce Tyler Anderson and Pete Youngblut.

Tyler Anderson Tyler has been with Ag Leader since January 2010.  He works as a Software Support Technician for SMS Basic, Mobile and Advanced.  He performs phone and web support for SMS customers, as well as customer and dealer trainings across the country.  He graduated from Iowa State University in 2004 with dual majors in Agronomy and Horticulture.  Tyler grew up in West Des Moines, IA and spent four years working in the golf course industry.  As a golf course superintendent, he was responsible for maintaining and setting up the courses.  In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and going to Iowa State football games.

Pete Youngblut Pete has been with Ag Leader since January 2007 when he started full time as a Software Support Specialist after graduating from Hawkeye Community College with a degree in Ag Business. Currently, he is still in software support focusing on support calls and doing software trainings throughout the country. He also works with colleges that are teaching precision ag in the classroom. Pete grew up on a farm near Dysart, IA where his family grows corn and soybeans, as well as sells chemical and custom sprays. In his free time he enjoys working on the farm and spending time with friends and family. Meet more members of the team here.
