New Voices in Ag Leader Machine Guidance Support

by Jun 26, 2012Ag Leader

With spring comes new life across the countryside. We welcomed some new people to our team as well.  This spring we expanded our Machine Guidance Support team to better serve our dealers and customers.  With the addition of our new memebers, we are now seven strong!  As you call in you may end up talking with one of these two bright, young men, so I wanted to take the time to introduce you to them ahead of time.

Jason Copeland joined the Ag Leader Technology team in November of 2011 as a Machine Guidance Support Representative.  He comes from central Illinois where he grew up working on his family’s corn and soybean operation until he graduated high school.  He then went on to study at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in the spring of 2003 focusing on Agriculture Technology and Mechanization.   After graduation he went to work in production agriculture and later at a soybean seed facility.  A lot has changed in agriculture technology since 2003, but Jason has been able to stay up to speed and is a key asset to our team.  He enjoys spending his spare time enjoying the great outdoors by camping and fishing.

Luke Bunkers also joined the Ag Leader Technology team in January 2012 as a Machine Guidance Support Representative.  He hails from Granville, IA and where he grew up working at his family’s full-service elevator and agronomy business with his father, uncles and grandfather.  After graduating high school Luke attended South Dakota State University studying Agricultural Systems Technology.  He graduated in December 2011.  In his free time Luke enjoys many outdoor activities like snowmobiling, four-wheeling, riding motorcycles, hunting and watching the Minnesota Twins.

Join me in welcoming these new members to our team!  We are always looking for new people to join the team.  If you think you have what it takes to work one of the best support teams in the precision ag industry, go to our careers page and submit your resume. http://www.agleader.com/about/careers/
