Tech Support is Growing to Support the Growing Industry!

by Jun 17, 2014Ag Leader, Training & Support

“Growth” is not an unfamiliar word in our industry.  It’s also not an unfamiliar word for Ag Leader. Our Technical Support department is always looking for qualified individuals to help keep our customers operating in the field.  As we gear up for a busy summer training season, I’d like to take a minute and introduce you to some of the newest members of the Support team.

Michael Kreber
Hardware Support Team

Michael began his career with Ag Leader in May 2014.  He grew up in Waukee, IA and enjoyed helping out on his grandparent’s farm in central Iowa, where he developed a passion for agriculture.  Michael took that passion for agriculture with him to Iowa State University where he obtained majors in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, and Economics.  When he’s not at work, he enjoys watching sports, coaching soccer, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff White
Machine Guidance Support Team

Jeff started with Ag Leader as a Machine Guidance Support intern in May of 2012 and joined as full time staff in May 2014.  He is originally from Harlan, IA where he grew up playing sports and working on his family’s row crop farm.  Jeff graduated from Iowa State University in May of 2014 with degrees in Ag Systems Technology and Industrial Technology.   In his free time, Jeff enjoys helping out on his parent’s farm, anything with a motor, sports, hunting, fishing, boating, and hanging out with family and friends.

Anthony Battazzi
Hardware Support Team

Anthony started with Ag Leader Technology in January 2014 as part of the Technical Support staff. He transitioned into his full-time roll after graduating from Iowa State University in May with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Technology. Anthony grew up in Jewell, Iowa and spent his summers working with crop and animal production systems. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on his girlfriend’s family farm, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Jessie Morische
Hardware Support Team

Jessie grew up on a row crop farm in northeast Iowa, and had a hand in farrow-to-finish swine production for the majority of her childhood.  She always had a passion for agriculture and mechanics, which sparked her interest in getting her bachelor’s degree in Ag Systems and Technology at Iowa State University.  Outside of being a Technical Support Representative, you can find her back home on the farm, lending a hand, playing either the piano or guitar, and just enjoying her time with family and friends.

Tyler Ehlert
Hardware Support Team

Tyler started working in Tech Support in February 2014 after serving 4.5 years in the United States Marine Corps.  Tyler grew up in central Iowa north of Ames.  When he was a child he would help his dad on the farm with planting corn and soybeans.  They had 1 pig and chickens at one time.  Tyler has a wife and a son who is 2 years old now.  In his free time Tyler likes to play golf, go camping and tubing down the river, he also likes spending time with his family grilling some meat.

On behalf of Tech Support, I hope everyone had a successful spring season and we look forward to speaking with you in the future!
