Technical Support Begins Extended Hours
With four days of record setting highs in Central Iowa, increasing soil temperatures, and dryer than normal soil conditions, we have noticed an early increase in phone call activity.
In response to an increase in call activity, Ag Leader Technology’s Technical Support Department will begin the traditional “Extended Hours” schedule on Monday, March 19th, 2012. The Hardware and GPS Technical Support teams will be available during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 7am to 8pm CDT
The weekend schedule for Technical Support is planned to start on Sunday, March 25th, at which point the website hours and call center phone messages will be updated.
