Third Annual Educator’s Training Preview

We are pleased to announce Ag Leader’s third annual Educator’s Training will be held on August 2 and 3 at Ag Leader Academy. This training is specifically geared towards those enrolled in our Educational Program. The Educational Program is designed for institutions that are teaching precision ag practices to their students either in the classroom or in the field. The purpose of the training is to educate institutions on Ag Leader’s various services and products, as well as to provide hands-on demonstrations of Ag Leader’s product lineup.

The first day will focus on SMS™ Desktop and SMS Mobile software.  The second day will be dedicated to Ag Leader’s hardware lineup including the Ag Leader® Integra and Versa™ displays, GPS products, DirectCommand™, SeedCommand™ and harvest systems. {image2}We will also be holding an SMS Mobile field test and a tractor ride-and-drive demonstration. This will allow the attendees to see the process of how data is collected (with the hardware products) and how it is translated into better management decisions by analyzing data within the SMS software. Being able to see the various products in action allows educators to better understand precision agriculture and how they can implement that knowledge into their classroom.  


Everyone who is currently enrolled in the Educational Program can attend the training free of charge and may bring additional attendees for $200 per seat. Any educator who is not currently enrolled can also attend for $200 per seat.
