Who’s on the Other End of the Line? Meet Tech Support

by Feb 6, 2014Ag Leader, Training & Support

Winter is certainly in the air here at Ag Leader, which means spring is right around the corner.  As phone calls increase, we’ve had two new members join the Hardware and Machine Guidance Support teams.  If you’ve called in lately, there is a good chance you’ve already spoke with them. Today I’ll let you get to know them a little more.

Andrew Mills
Machine Guidance Support Team

Andrew started his career with Ag Leader in October 2013 as part of our technical support staff.  He grew up in Story County, Iowa showing horses in 4-H and participating in FFA throughout high school.  Andrew attended Des Moines Area Community College and received his degree in automotive technology.  He brings over 10 years experience working as a mechanic and parts advisor, along with building combines and planters.  He found that troubleshooting electrical systems and the technology side was his specialty, and knew that Ag Leader would be the perfect fit.  Andrew lives in Nevada with his wife and three children.  He enjoys sports, classic cars, fishing, and smoking meat.

Danielle Hamilton
Hardware Support Team

Danielle started with Ag Leader in November of 2013 as part of the Technical Support team. She is an August 2013 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications. Danielle grew up on an acreage in Waverly, Iowa. Though her family doesn’t farm, Danielle’s background in agriculture comes from her work on a dairy farm in her home town and from showing dairy cattle in 4-H and FFA. When she’s not at work, Danielle enjoys spending time outside, sewing/quilting, and spending time with friends and family.
