Answering Your Questions in the Knowledgebase
Famers get excited when they find out I work for Ag Leader. This was never more apparent than the first time my girlfriend took me home to meet her parents (who are now my in-laws). After church, a few of the farmers in attendance noticed I had an Ag Leader Technology jacket on and were curious how I had gotten it. I replied that I work in the Tech Support department for Ag Leader.
For the next 30 minutes, we talked about the Ag Leader equipment they owned and I answered some of their questions about it. While I was more than happy to talk to these farmers about their equipment, I realized that most of what we discussed could have also been answered with a quick visit to Ag Leader’s Knowledgebase. All of our installation instructions are posted in the Knowledgebase for anyone to view.
For example, if you are wondering how your yield monitor will install on your new combine, the instructions are posted in the Knowledgebase. Quick reference sheets – such as this one about DirectCommand setup – can also be found on the Knowledgebase. Information on troubleshooting is also available. For example, if you are having an issue with your clutch control module, consult this Clutch Control Troubleshooting Guide. Also in the Knowledgebase is the “Ask a Question” button that allows you to enter a question that will be sent directly to the Tech Support department. And these are just a few examples of the information available on the Knoweldgebase.
